Our songwriters will create and record the music that can turn your celebration into an unforgettable event.

When you decide to get a custom song written for your special occasion you get in touch with us (email customsongs@onefatman.co.nz)

We will then talk to you to ensure we get all the appropriate information about the person and or occasion for which the song is being created (anything that enables us to personalize your song).
Questions about:
-    the musical style you want (genre, favourite artists etc)
-    what type of arrangement you want (instruments, sounds etc)
-    the lyrical style you want (humorous, poignant, informational, celebratory or any combination of these)
-    Key information about the person or occasion (names, anecdotes, important details)
-    Any particular lyrical ideas you have (quotes, sayings, messages)

We will then write the lyrics and create a demo version of the song (sung melody with piano accompaniment). After your final approval, the song is recorded in a professional studio, and you will be sent the finished CD to be delivered to you for your special event (Extra copies can be made available if requested).

Additionally, we are available to perform your custom song live at your function.
Since each project is customized specifically for each individual client, our pricing varies according to the services and options requested.
